PROGRAM GUIDELINES

WHERE TO BEGIN

 INTENTION & MORNING MEDITATION

Setting your intention when working with any sacred medicine is very important. Take the time to be clear in your heart and mind why you are working with this program. Begin each day with some time for intentions & meditation. 5 minutes or 25 minuets, adding any amount of time for meditation to your program can help you be more grounded and bring in much more mindful awareness into your practice.

CALIBRATE YOUR DOSE

Ultimately only you can discover the perfect dose and implement the right program for you. Start small and work your way up to discover the most beneficial regimen.

1 capsule after eating in the morning is a great base line. If you feel like you would like more, add the second after dinner, before bed. The next step could be to take one mid day as well. Taking more than one at a time is going to have much stronger effects. Most importantly take breaks!

 

After discovering the perfect dose, then comes frequency. Every micro-dose program must come with breaks to allow the body time to integrate the changes.

CONSTRUCT YOUR IDEAL DAY

When working with any micro dose you are sure to experience an increase in creative energy and flow. Its best to have a project or endeavor to be working on during your program. Having a creative outlet is extremely beneficial and can amount for a large portion of your day. Combine this time with healthy diet and exercise and make sure to include some time for yourself to decompress outside in Nature. Take a walk or just plant your bare feet on the ground and enjoy the sunset.


PROPER DIET AND EXERCISE

Doing our best typically leads to feeling our best and when it comes to neurogenesis every little bit counts! At this point hopefully it has become obvious that there are things we can do to support new brain cell development and there are those that will deprive the brain of healthy growth. Cultivating a healthy connection to our bodies through diet and balanced physical activity is extremely beneficial.  Weather its cardio or yoga or a combination of whatever gets you moving the energy on the physical level is going to be of tremendous benefit.


HEALTHY SLEEP PATTERNS & SEX

Sex and healthy sleep are known for improving neurogenesis. Stress and missed sleep on the other hand, hinder and weaken the process. Take the time to evaluate your schedule and lifestyle to create the perfect program with the best results. Support your development by giving yourself what you need in order to grow. In this case we are talking new neurological network connections.

TIME IN NATURE, TIME TO YOURSELF

Take time for yourself and decompress in nature. For best integration and balance take time each day to be outside, go for a walk, enjoy the view, sit under a tree, listen to the birds, lay on the grass, stare at the sky or water. Do whatever you can to cultivate your time and connection with the earth. This is key when feeling overwhelmed or over stimulated. Breathe and receive.
